 RATES:

Summer Season: (APRIL 15 THRU SEPTEMBER 30) $1200 per week.
WEEKEND RATE:$750.00 Friday thru Sunday.

Off season: (OCT 1 THRU APRIL 14):
$600.00 per week
$450.00 Friday thru Sunday weekend

OFF-SEASON HOLIDAY WEEKS: (Thanksgiving & Christmas) $1000 WEEK

Your rental includes boat and canoe access to the river via the fishing club and help loading in and acclimating.

Reservation Deposit: A deposit of 50 percent of the rental fee is required to hold your reservation. The deposit must be received within one week of your verbal or mail confirmation.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of $200 is due at check-in.

Rental Period: The rental week runs Friday to Friday.

Check In/Out Times: Check-in-time is between 2:00 and 4:00 pm EST. Late arrivals must be arranged in advance.
Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-outs are subject to a late fee.
Keys are to be left on the kitchen counter.

Telephone: Long distance calls, including local long distance (dial 1-269 or 616), wil need to be billed to your calling card or made collect.

Other: Leave the lodge clean and please take out any trash.

To simplify your pretrip preparations, New Richmond House provides all blankets, bed linens (sheets, pillowcases) and pillows. Also provided are towels and paper products.

Cancellations: Cancellations received 30 days before rental date will receive a refund, less 20 percent cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days before your reserved date.

OCCUPANCY:
The New Richmond House can accomodate ten persons; two in front room upstairs , two in the middle bedroom, two in upstairs back bedroom ; two in lower den suite.
